Join us at the library or from the comfort of your own home for virtual Strength Training for Seniors!

BluZone.live instructor Lenna Kalle will guide you through this virtual class with easy-to-follow movements designed to:Increase muscle toneFlexibilityBalanceStrength & Endurance

Classes will be streamed at the library on the TV in our meeting room, or you may join from the comfort of your own home.  Each class is 30 minutes.

Helpful hints:Find a quiet location free from distractions and noiseWear comfortable clothing and sneakersHave a chair nearby (chair can be with or without arms)Bring hand-held weights, weighted balls, or 2 full bottles of water (16 oz.) to use for arm exercises

Please register at spotslibrary.org and let us know if you will be joining from home or from the library.  The link will be sent to all participants prior to the start of the first class.  You must be a valid library cardholder in order to register.

Class on February 16 must be done from home as the library will be closed that day for Staff Development.
