Congratulations to Raymond S. Santiago who took the oath of office as Monmouth County Prosecutor today. Clerk Hanlon joined Commissioner Director Tom Arnone, Monmouth County Sheriff Shaun Golden, Commissioner Ross Licitra, Commissioner Dominick "Nick" DiRocco, and fellow officials at the ceremony and was honored to present the Ceremonial Oath Book for Prosecutor Santiago to sign.
