Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago participated in the Red Mass on Sunday at St. Michael’s Church in Red Bank with other members of the New Jersey State Bar Association and The Judiciary of New Jersey. 

The Red Mass is celebrated in the Roman Catholic Church to kick off the judicial year. The celebration includes judges, lawyers, law clerks, law students and government officials.
