Monmouth Arts issued the following announcement.

The Monmouth Arts team kicked off Mental Health Awareness Month yesterday by showcasing our Creative Expressions Arts & Wellness Program at the Paint the Mall Purple Mental Health & Recovery Awareness Day at Freehold Raceway Mall. We spent the day doing outreach and meeting folks who contributed to our Art of Letting Go project, where we all made balloons with thoughts or feelings that cause us stress or anxiety… and we let them “fly away”! Thanks to all who visited as well as the organizers of this event  Freehold Raceway Mall CFC Recovery #PaintTheMall

Funding for Creative Expressions Arts & Wellness Program was provided by Impact 100 Jersey Coast.
