The Borough of Red Bank announced on Mar. 10 that Black Rock Enterprises, Inc. has been contracted to carry out improvements along Linden Place between Broad Street and Spring Street as part of the Linden Place Improvement Project.

The project is set to start the week of March 9, 2026, with construction proceeding in stages and incremental block closures. Work will take place daily starting at 7:30 AM, and areas marked with “No Parking” signs will require vehicles to be removed between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. During these hours, residents may use the East Side municipal parking lots.

Access within the work zone will be limited during construction hours. Residents and visitors are asked to follow posted signage and directions from the Police Traffic Director. The borough advises everyone to use caution around construction equipment and changing site conditions.

Individuals with accessibility needs who may be affected by the construction are encouraged to contact the Borough in advance so accommodations can be arranged. Project timelines are approximate and may change due to weather or unforeseen conditions.

More information about the full timeline for the Linden Place Improvement Project is available through official borough channels.
