County of Monmouth issued the following announcement.

Clerk Hanlon and the Monmouth County Clerk’s Office are reminding #MonmouthCounty property owners to sign up for our free Property Fraud Alert service!

To help combat the growing trend of property fraud, Clerk Hanlon launched a free subscription service that allows County property owners to have their name/property monitored within the Recording Division of the County Clerk’s Office, in order to track possibly fraudulent activity.
