Fairfield Stags secure 11-2 NCAA win with Alex Frank on the mound

On Friday, March 13, at 3 p.m., former Marlboro High School standout Alex Frank helped lead his college team, the Fairfield Stags, to an 11-2 victory in their NCAA Division I baseball contest against the Manhattan Jaspers.

The matchup, their first against the Jaspers this season, unfolded at Don ’63 and Chris ’88 Cook Field.

Frank contributed on the mound, pitching 1.1 innings and allowing one walk.

The Stags are next scheduled to play the Manhattan Jaspers again at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, at Don ’63 and Chris ’88 Cook Field.
