Clerk Hanlon is proud to serve as President of the Constitutional Officers Association of NJ (COANJ) and hosted yesterday’s General Session meeting in Farmingdale. COANJ consists of the State’s Sheriffs, County Clerks, Surrogates and Registers of Deeds and Mortgages, and provides them the opportunity to meet to improve their services and to discuss legislation.

Congratulations to the impressive student winners of this year’s COANJ Achievement Award who were honored at the meeting, and special congratulations to Ryan Milancewich of Brielle who received the First Place Award. Ryan is a stand-out student athlete and public servant in his community, who plans to attend Brookdale Community College and the Monmouth County Fire Academy this fall.
