At 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, Cassidy Relay, a former Colts Neck High School standout, contributed to UNC Wilmington Seahawks’ 8-0 victory over the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers in NCAA Division I softball.
Boseman Field hosted the contest, which marked the teams’ first meeting this season.
Relay delivered a four-for-four performance at the plate and scored one run.
The Seahawks plan to face the Toledo Rockets next, with that game set for 6 p.m. Friday, March 6, again at Boseman Field.
