As summer winds down we wanted to share some more highlights from our Creative Expressions Arts & Wellness program.

We brought dance classes to the Boys & Girls Club site in Neptune where we focused on expressing emotions through motion. Students were introduced to mindful breath work and were encouraged to use emotions to inform their movement. The dance program was an incredible way for students to find another creative outlet to express themselves. We were in awe of their level of expression!

Thank you to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County for hosting our program!

The Creative Expressions Arts & Wellness Program is funded by Impact 100 Jersey Coast.
