Monmouth County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon invites all to the County Clerk’s 27th Annual Archives and History Day.

Celebrating Monmouth County’s rich history and historic preservation, this year’s event pays homage to the County’s numerous statues and historic signs: “Monuments and Markers of Monmouth County.”

Archives and History Day will feature the unveiling of the titular exhibit, historic groups and preservationists from around Monmouth County and New Jersey, a keynote address by distinguished Monmouth University archaeologist and historian Dr. Richard Veit, and the presentation of numerous historic preservation awards.

The event will be held Saturday, October 1, at the Robert J. Collins Arena at Brookdale Community College from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We hope to share #MonmouthCounty’s great past with you there!
